Full Flex Account post br

hi all,

i was br aug 09, and disch june10, i have a basic nationwide flex account, and have just got and am running a vanquis visa, (paid off all i spent plus 14p first month:) ).

my question is, as nationwide has been my bank for 7 years, and i have always run my account well with them, and dont and never have owed them anything, would they give me a full flex account again (there is only 1 active default on one of my credit files (call credit) have tried numeours times to get this corrected but they state the company does not have to show as settled as the debt was not paid, although it was part of the br. at worst it drops off in jan 13 because of the length of time since default (jan 07).

i would like to get full flex account again with od and other options (to show correct management as with the vanquis.)

any thoughts or experiences greatly appreciated pm if prefer.

thanks

andy

It seems that a few have been lucky but there is no hard and fast rules with it. There is no harm in trying but it the majority find that it is incredibly difficult to get a full account with any bank until the BR drops off the file.
