Nope, never too old :) That's the bit that is relevant - you'd love it.

Have to agree never too old for camping. Couple weeks in a tent blow all the cobwebs away always feel totally chilled by the end of the holiday. :D

I'm off to camp in the Purbecks end of this month. Not planned it well at all the Olympics start in Weymouth couple days before we go and as the whole Tinyshoes clan go for some of the time I will have to travel back to see to mum when no one is back in Poole. I am dreading the traffic queues. :(

Not been about much today as ended up having use of a car, DD1's training was cancelled so she came back and I gave her lift to her placement as no free parking nearby. Not hard to guess what I got up to now I had the use of wheels. :p

Lots of green bottles in our house now. :T

You are right, they can be sooo frustrating!

I got trouted badly recently in a sainsbobs over a failed BM on the beers. I am sooooo tempted to print a pic of my stash and go hand it to the CS lady in the store......but it simply aint worth it. Leave her to her bitterness and rise above it.

Its hard for me to say that as someone who generally reacts to stuff, but I'm mellowing in my dotage........well I'm trying to anyway! :rotfl::rotfl:

OT - have just seen that Country file have opened their photography competition. I know that we have some great photographers on here, and it would be great if one of the elite won. Closing date is 22nd July though! Will try to find the link and post.
When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think
"oh carp what is she up to now!"

Incidentally for anyone who shops at S quite often anyway, has anyone got a S till spit other than a BM this week?

I am just wodering if the machine only gives a BM out but wont give out anything else at the same time.

Usually by the time we get to Wednesday I've had at least a till spit for extra points - one card gives me extra points for a £20 and the other for a £40 shop most weeks plus the other odd sporadic ones.

The lesser used card I used just for shampoo earlier in the week, no till spits. I think I might have to try the main card on a very small shop, no beer or shandy....

I got a £2 off £20 spend with my first beer shop and a brand match. Used both on my second but have not used my nectar card to buy anymore beer.

Think I've definitely fallen for Sainsbob as when I got home today he had posted me 4 X £4 OFF £20 spends over four weeks, first one starts on 22nd. Wonder what will be the best buy then. :rotfl:

Couldn't be timed better as the nearest supermarket when we camp is a Sainsbobs. :j
