Hello and good evening Elite crew.

Work have blocked the forums so I can’t keep up with this thread much (Very inconsiderate of work)
I’m hoping to pick some brains.
I did a shop last night which I was expecting to get a PP voucher from. I got the message below instead about not having 8 items (also copied and pasted the the T&C’s the rule about the 8 items. Only 1 having to be comparable)
I thought 8 items was effectively saying 8 items with different barcodes? Therefore different flavours of a product would also be different items.

Would appreciate the Elites eagle eyes on why my shop wasn’t 8 items:

9 x Lenor Fabric Conditioner Orange Blossom = 1 item
1 x Innocent Smoothie Orange = 1 item
1 x Innocent Smoothie Blackberry = 1 item
1 x Fresh milk = 1 item
2 x Fresh & Naked Pointed peppers = 1 item
2 x Fresh & Naked super spinach = 1 item
1 x chopped toms = 1 item
3 x Brunch Bars = 1 item
1 x onion = 1 item
1 x magazine = 1 item

Total items in terms of Price promise = 10
Of these ’10 items’ I was only expecting Lenor, Smoothie, Milk, chopped toms, brunch bars and onion to compare

I’m about 40 pages behind where I last caught up to and each day I get further behind - I think I need 1 week in every 4 off work just to catch up

been and got my 4 lenor from tesco yesterday,but ive not been on price checker since the good old days as i fell out with tosco! can somebody please tell me is it 24hrs from inputting your receipt? and does it get emailed or can i just re-enter on the page again? sorry to be a pain!
