Regarding quotes, there should be a button just below every post that says "quote". When you press that button a reply box will open up that will contain that post with some code written at the front and start (i.e.

Young couple in T queue in front of me last night were buying 4 pizzas so when their total rang up (£180+) I gave them 4 coupons and were they surprised and grateful

Best thing was they didn't have a CC so offered mine as a trade - they were very happy to - not as happy as me!!
