I really don't have issues with people bulk buying but the shock factor of seeing someone's loft/garage absolutely straining under the weight of a glitch may end the promo sooner than we would like.

18 weeks is correct from the date they recieved your referral letter to the date of completion of treatment. It can be a little bit more complicated than that but generally thats the rule of thumb and they sound like they are grossly in breach of that. 26 weeks from the date of listing is not acceptable. You can always contact the PALS team for your hospital and ask them to look into it. Feel free to PM me if I can help with anything
