How can one woman get so excited about having a £4.92 voucher for Mr A (free orange juice) and a £2.52 voucher for Mr T! And this is after smashing a £3.99 bottle of wine and putting a homemade lasagne (mince steak, mushrooms etc.) in the bin!

I can't believe how things pan out, last April doctor told me I needed an operation to remove my coccyx. We had just put the house on the market so I said I wanted to wait until I knew what was happening as I didn't want the aggro after an op. 1 year on no choice I have to have operation now, its booked for Thursday, phone rings, cash buyer wants to buy house and complete in 2 weeks. AAAARRRGGHHH looks like I will just have to supervise the move, will take ages to pack the stash:D:D

Awww GOOD LUCK Saversavvy!!! So much going on!

Plenty to organise!! Are you still having the op too??!! Please tell me you're going to have A LOT of help with sorting the house (and stashes ;)) after back surgery!

Congratulations on the house sell, wonderful news!! Will be thinking of you on Thursday (if we don't speak before ;):o)

Your posts are not silly. They are wonderful and it is always lovely to included in them. Like being part of the Elite family :D:D:D

My OH is much better thank you. After the steroids and antibiotics he has not had any problems since (touch wood).

Hope that you are doing okay. When i do not see your posts on here it always makes me worry if you are okay

    Michjay x

    :AThanks :A

So pleased to hear all's well with your OH, that's great news :) I really hope it was just a one off and all will continue smoothly :)

I'm not ignoring you asking how I am....ok maybe I am :o:o:o It's just easier to say nothing because I'd rather not lie by saying good thanks :o:( But thank you very much for thinking of me, you're so sweet :Axxx

Yes or Solpadine - I get migraines quite a bit and I alternate between Migraleve and Solpadine so as not to get my body used to it.

    Thanks lokitty :)

macadamia- :hello:Welcome to the Elite :D and thank you for such a great post :T

Tiny - :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( So incredibly sorry to hear Mum's very unwell again. It must have been such a worry for you whilst being away and coming back to your fears must be awful. You're so brilliant doing what you do. I very much hope that there were moments of peace and relaxation on holiday and you were able to recharge and enjoy yourself a little :A Big hugs lovely lady :) xxxx

skinandblister - :j So pleased to hear about Chicken :T

QPR - Nice you have you back :T Hope you had a fab couple of breaks at the seaside

lindos and nahteb20 - Hope you both have wonderful days tomorrow with your little one's leaving primary school. Yes it's the close of one era but it's the start of a brand new exciting one too :D

cookieraider - So sorry to hear of your current health worries. That must be awfully scary and very difficult to be brave. If it's any help, as much as many would like to think, it would actually please me more and make me feel better if my OH confided his fears in me so that we could face it together. I would imagine your wife is every bit as scared as you and doing the very same you are, trying to be brave. If 3Dogs story has taught me anything it's to share everything with the ones we love, heartache and all :A

Thanks FC my wife is finding it is hard as me but we just take it 1 day at a time and today we thought we would get some good news but it just went bad when i got no answers from my PET scan and the doc being evasive and the i saw the size of the tumor when they tried to do the biopsy so hopefully the weather will get better as i find it good to get out with the kids
