I had an SA today ask me how I got my JTD voucher. She had no idea about pricecheck/promise!!
It's :eek::eek: isn't it?Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
I was just admiring my Plax receipt from earlier and noticed that the SA added 10 green clubcard points for me. I only used 2 bags. :j:jApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0

I was in a big extra store last night and my herbal essences wouldn't scan, went to cs to get my money for them and they said they hadn't seen a coupon like that before. They had to go and check with a manager.
I have used hundreds of similar coupons in my local store just down the road, I couldn't believe they hadn't seen them before.0 -

I gave a lovely hazel in my garden. Every year there are loads of nuts on which I try to leave on to sweeten them up but they get squirrelled away.
Last year this didn't happen so I assume our squirrel harvester has died
I finally got to harvest th and found out that I am developing an allergy to them  after consuming a couple they seem to be stuck in my thought and irritating it. The horrible sensation lasts for hours afterwards. I assume it's better to steer clear of em.
I might use this years crop to swap for something.
I was thinking of walking down to the allotments and asking if I could swap them for something
They make my lips, mouth and throat really itchy and tingly. Mind you, it doesn't stop me eating them when they are in bags og mixed nuts or chocolate. :eek:N1LDA0 -

I remember reading that. [STRIKE]Unbelievable[/STRIKE] It's what we've come to expect from T's
Yesterday I handed over 2 herbal essences (which did scan for me). When I was checking receipt I saw that SA only scanned one of them. I thought maybe i had only handed one over but couldn't find the other in my wallet so thought I must have done.
I went back to ask her to check her till and see if there were two stuck together and there were. I asked for one back and she said "Sorry but I don't know which one scanned so i can't give you one back. There is a risk that you might end up using the same one twice and you can only use each of these once"
I said "since they are stuck together surely you scanned the top one so give me the bottom one". I also tried explaining that although they have different barcodes in the top right corner the barcode that she scanned on the bottom left was the same on both so there was no danger or anything flagging up as being used twice
Took AAAAGES to convince her I wasn't pulling a fast one but I got there in the end and she gave me the un-scanned coupon backApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I almost forgot to play the Walkers Britometer this week :eek:
I got myself 40p off a 32.5g bag
http://www.facebook.com/walkers?sk=app_428347683851438
By the way, has anyone else noticed that the SELs in most Ts say they are selling 34.5g bags when in fact they are 32.5g?
The £/100g price is wrong as a result but hardly worth chasing for a DTD :rotfl::rotfl:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
