just I have high expectations and sometimes they're too high. Plus colleagues on my department let me down yesterday and I decided to forget about my breaks (sat down and thought, I can't sit here! X,Y and Z need doing ASAP!!) so went off to do it:o:o

I also have high expectations of others and when someone said they will get something done I expect them to....

I also want the best out of people and their abilities and they fell below that.

Also I need to remember that people are indeed selfless and only think about their needs and wants and that however strongly I feel about the right choice and decision making morally for the company and our customers they will not listen or change their actions:o:o

aka morons will continue to be morons.
