I don't think anyone answered this, apologies if I have missed it
I think only the Masala is comparing because its the only pack that is stocked in the same size in both A's and T's
The balti, tikka, hoi sin, sweet chilli are all different pack sizes between the two stores
I was doing an APG shop for OJ and added 3 masala wraps to check my logic. I wasn't sure if the SA would accept both the Sharwoods own 50p voucher and the Asda Mags £1 voucher but she did. Scanned at £2 each, less £1 MOC and 50p MOC meant I paid 50p a pack.
When APG came through it compared at full price (£6 in As, £4.92 in T's). A promised to beat T by 10% so As price of £6 was then compared against £4.43. I got £1.57 back or 7p profit!!! :j:j
I'm going to try again with a *cough* few more packs. Even if SA doesn't accept the 50p MOC it's still a good deal
Typical, just as im asking a question someone answers it for me before i can write it. Doh, that will teach me for taking so long to type, Cheers!!Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

I saw those dog leads for around 50p a while back. T3sco steak knives, melitta cleaning tablets, oust iron cleaning pads etcI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
Thanks aau98113 for that answer on sharwoods - all makes sense - I will give it a whirl.
Worry-wart- I will go to f'side about 11 and pm you when I get home at about 11.45. Thought I would leave it for a bit to give them time to stock the shelves;)never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Just after a bit of advice please - i found an A's receipt and input it into the price check and it says i get a voucher for over £7 :j:j:j
just looked at the receipt properly and its got written across it in the middle "APG" - now do A's mark their receipts like this if they have been used for an APG or is it something the original purchaser would have done? - Don't want to get pulled up when trying to use it if it has been used previously:(:(

A's staff are VERY good for marking the APG as having been redeemed. Writing "APG" (and usually the date or till number too) is the normal way of doing this.
They put Ts staff to shame as most of them don't even know what their price promise voucher is let alone what to do with it
Sorry, but you shouldn't use this £7 voucher/APG as I am sure it's been used beforeApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I agree, they wrote APG all over mine the other day.
