Hi dreamerbea I bought cartridges on 9th July total purchase £51.34 and my reciept showed as follows

Points this visit 551
Includes 2 HP Ink 500CCP 500
so mine were definatley added at the point of purchase
I would give them a call on DD's behalf

This is the standard fob off when the points don't go on - as far as I'm aware the only time the points get put on afterwards is when they are added at CS (as in wombled receipts ) The extra points should have shown on your receipt straight away.

Has anyone else had problems with the Mr S lager deal today. Went in and bought 7 packs but no BM voucher? They said I hadn't spent enough, ie BM had taken into account my vouchers and looked at the final amount paid

Afternoon. Not been on all day.. Went to a S I've never been to before for 10am - waste of a journey as they don't stock Bavarian beer. So met two friends for coffee afterwards then spent afternoon gardening and making thai green curry (was yum yum )

I think this happened to someone else yesterday and the general concensus was that either the SA nicked it or the printer ran out of paper and didn't print it out. You can check the receipt details on S's website form tomorrow morning I think.
