The offending items was Rice raspberry 190g which cam back NA - oh why did I not check the ultimate list properly before I set off.

Anyway I now only have £5.44 APG - so annoyed with myself.

Just been reading T's terms & conditions and it sounds like their comparison criteria is easier to understand than Asda's
You need a minimum of 8 different items but only need ONE to compare (like Sainsbobs) and I can't see any minimum spend.

1. For a comparison to be made, your shop must contain at least 1 comparable grocery product and at least 8 different items in total.
2. Comparisons will be made on a maximum of 10 of the same comparable grocery products. For example, if a customer purchases 11 of the same comparable grocery product, the Tesco Price Promise will only compare the price of the first 10 against Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
3. Tesco operates a fair use policy on Tesco Price Promise.
4. The number of Tesco Price Promise requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Tesco Price Promise Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
5. The maximum value of an individual Tesco Price Promise Voucher is capped at £10.
6. Only one Tesco Price Promise Voucher may be redeemed per household per day.
