Mango Ice Cream
600ml double or whipping cream
400g can condensed milk only 50p a tin from T's
1 mango pureed
Whisk the cream, with an electric whisk for speed and ease, though you can do it by hand, until soft peaks form.
Add the condensed milk to the cream and whisk again until combined. Add mango and stir through.
Tip into a suitable container - a rigid plastic box is ideal - and freeze until firm.
400g can condensed milk only 50p a tin from T's Half the usual price!! Thank you for spotting this, will have to stock upEvening all,:j
haven't posted for a while, but been lurking and catching up as much as possible
I haven't printed a JTD voucher for a while and printed my first one tonight since the new price promise thingy, but the barcode seems blurry especially the numbers and when i went to use it it said 'unable to read' ? has anyone else had this?
TIA
Yes, the new price promise voucher is a pain. Experienced this last night on the late shift. Tried giong through a SS till. Till froze. 2 members of staff tried re-entering items/voucher in various sequences with their log ins... finally carted everything off to a manual till, and they input it manually. team leader said it's happening with all the pirce promise vouchers on the SS tills. You could tell she was getting rather h.....d off with the vouchers. But more from the point of blaming T's incompetence. The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0
