Re: phones being lost/stolen
I worked in a local restaurant many years ago as a part time job while at uni. Mobiles were still relatively new and very very cool because not many people had them or could afford them. One day a group of 4 young boys who must have only been about 13 or 14 years old came in and handed me a very expensive looking mobile that seemed brand new - they'd found it on the floor in the car park (must have fallen out of someone's pocket as they got in their car) and wanted to hand it in. My manager called the last number that had rung the phone and we were able to get it back to it's owner, a very relieved business man. He came back to the restaurant straight away and was so grateful to those kids for handing it in, and he gave them each a crisp £10 note from his wallet. The moral of the story, what goes around comes around and honesty gets rewarded. Too many people are too quick to judge kids these days - those kids could easily have kept the phone for themselves but they did the right thing instead and i'm sure a lot of kids would do the same. Of course you do get some people who wouldn't think twice about keeping a phone or a wallet or anything like that for themselves rather than handing it in, but luckily some people do still have morals.
Celebrate, I know the above proably isn't much help to you but please do keep checking back with Asda and your local police station. Whoever took your phone might have had a change of heart after all, especailly as you've got the phone blocked so it's no good to them.0 -

Oh that's even better, thanks! Couldn't see the battery one on .com so thought they must have stopped doing it! :T0 -

Go home, wait 3 hours and input your receipt details
Do something useful or productive with those 3 hours as otherwise it drags while you are waiting!0 -
