I don't think this has been noted here yet, but I was looking at the new T&Cs for price porky and found this:

For example, where Tesco or a competitor has a “buy 2 for £3” offer on a product with an individual sale price of £2, a price of £3 will be used for the purposes of Price Promise for a customer who buys 2 items. However, where Tesco or a competitor has a “buy 2 for £3, buy 5 for £6” offer on a product with an individual sale price of £2, a price of £4 will be used for the purposes of Price Promise for a customer who buys 2 items (i.e. 2 x £2).
These promotions are excluded as it is difficult to make fair comparisons.:eek:

It looks like this means things like the Finest sausages will be compared at Tesco's individual price (even if you pay less) against any bogof/ cheap offer in Asda. Might be worth bearing in mind.

it's my old iphone 3 that's registered, i must be the thickest person on the planet beacuse i didn't realise my OH had updated to a new iphone 4 not an iphone 3, they all look the same to me:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

i know i should blame myself but OH never ever helped out with anything in my life so i'm blmaing him, he was the techie one who arranged all that sort of stuff, i feel soooooo alone:(:o

oh well pick yourself up and move on
it's not the money, i can easily do a few extra shifts and cover the cost, just the upset of it, now haven't got a clue about buying a new one, don't know a thing about phones

So damp and dark here, I've been stuck with a miserable cold the past week so haven't been posting much.:(

So glad the OJ started working again, not sure if I will try it today but I hope those who didn't get a chance on it (like me) last time, got some this time!:D


Celebrate-Sorry to hear about your phone, I agree with you that it's times like that, we remember how grateful we should be but I really do hope you find it again, something similar happened to me recently and you'd never guess where I found it! UNDER THE CAR!:rotfl:
Keep checking at Asda and I'd also reccommend checking the local police station, someone may have found it more safe to hand it in at a police station than in a store.I'm pretty sure next week will be a better week for you.xx:o:A

:(:(:( You shouldn't feel alone in this! Trust me, there are lots of us phone newbies out here but loads of techies too who can help! And the good thing is you got your phone locked so nobody can access anything on it!

Am I right, or does Apple have the 'cloud' thingy where all your videos and photos can be opened on your computer too?

Celebrate I'm sorry to hear you lost your phone. I can't imagine being without mine. I hope you can get another one sorted

I found a phone at work yesterday and went through the numbers to find someone to call and tell them where I was handing it in. Maybe whoever has picked up your phone is handing it in somewhere. You should report it to the police as stolen so if it does get handed in, they can reunite you with it

It should back up automatically to iCloud so it's worth logging on to check
