I had problems in a store and was taken from a SS till to CS and paid there but as there was no catalina machine so I got no BM.

So I rang the above number next day and explained eveything - dates, store, name of ss girl and time and they asked for my till receipt numbers. Very nice CS girl could then see my transaction and calculated my BM and then said I could have a gift card or points put on my nectar card.:T

hello. went to visit Mr S and Mr T, too late for whoopsies so didn't really get a whole lot, only decent thing i got was some ready rolled shortcrust pastry in Mr S rtc at 29p each:D. no mags in S as already confirmed by wirehair and T's had mags but without the cellophane packs:(

Grrr just did my APG from earlier, had 6 different items and 10 OJ.… nothing back, 1 item short.
If A shuts at 10, what time can you still enter the store until?
