I'd got my hubby with me doing a reccie too. He asked how many shall I get and I said as many as you can carry :rotfl:
Thought I'd be able to spread the lurve, but it seems not....sorry :(
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Look for free standing, swivley, display stand that has 2 sides (about 5ft tall). They usually have cookery cards and little binders in perspex 'pockets'. In my local they had the mags in the top 2/3 rows.

In the other store they didn't have the stand but they were in a (v) small pile at CS ... I mean only about 10 mags in total.
Was just about to post about the stand but Dcon Blue has beaten me to it.. In my store, they have one poxy stand that is near the meat joints aisle and veg aisle. One bloomin stand. and it does have all the recipe cards on it. Scoured elsewhere as there were only 4 mags on it (which i obv took). But needed three more. So finally went back to the stand and looked on the backside of it - yippee, it was double sided and full of yellow FREE mags. I *ahem" relieved them of a couple then spent the next five mins in the book aisle ripping out the coupons :D

Only 8 beers on the shelf so I took 7 and will pop back once they have re-stocked.:T

OMG I did the same thing this morning, grabbed about 10 took them to car and couldn't find the coupon so chucked them on the back seat as I thought I had picked up the wrong one. Went back into shop and had another look around but couldnt find any. I have just been back out to car in pouring rain to see if they have a price on them and like yours its £1.60 one!!!!!
I almost did that but flicked through it as an empty til and couldn't find the vouchers at all. It did have £1 off Wench juice though :rotfl:

Thanks. I'd got a £10 ebay voucher for garden stuff so thought it'd be ideal.

I do have my eye on one close to me that seems to be attracting little attention. Lets hope I get lucky!

If anyone does find the elusive freebie S mag, it also has the following vouchers inside:

30p of S full fat cheese (currently £1.20 but it has been £1 in the past)
    50p off Cravendale 2litre
£1 off Bavaria lager shandy 6 pack

Yeah but I didn't get 50p off, I got 50 extra CC points from somewhere and I don't know where from. Be nice to know just in case i can replicate the whoopsie that gave them me.

There are 50 cc points on 2 bags of lettuce ATM.

77p. Don't get caught out with the twin packs that are £1.60 ;)

There were lots of daft SELs such as 89p or 2 for £2 etc etc. Didn't get too many as I couldn't carry any more!

In fact I don't think there were any biscuits that weren't reduced :T
Might have to brave the bus again ;) :rotfl:
