£1 coupon wouldn't scan in B@rns!ey - had got £1 Lenor, but supv came over and said they'd been having problems with it - agreed that it said ANY Lenor and not specific types, so bought 2. Mags galore - pallet filled up while we were in shop today

I haven't actually found any, and no one has offered to send me any, boo hoo:cry:

but my theory is peeps are having probs getting them thru SS because there is a minimum spend to coupon on there, if yr buying something for a £1 and using a £1 moc yr always gonna have probs...put it thru a manned till with rest of your shop:D

I am a little upset because I would have liked some lenor for my kids grandma, she lights up when I go round with free stuff and I know she uses tonnes of the stuff as their granddad works with sewage.
Still I do have cheap yoghurts and OJ for her this weekend.

Haha just had a shocker at Tesco, I've been out of action too long!

First of all, attempted to use the £1 voucher to but £1 Lenor, small bottle yellow/orange, till came up with 'Minimum spend not met'. Error. Thought damn, maybe they discovered this & put a minimum spend on it, fully expected to get back and find a few posts on it but seems it was just me? This was around 1 hr 15mins ago.

Anyway, told CA I'd got the wrong one and 'Oh no you don't sell the Lenor Gold, what a shame'.

Just catching up now & came on to post the same. Majorly trouted this evening. Went to get 2 Lenors in amongst my shopping (£45 worth so quite a decent size of shop with loads of whoopsied fruit) but she would not let me use the coupons. She said "but it's only £1 so that would make it free - we can't give it to you for free". I said "but it states any Lenor" and she would not budge so I asked her to take it off my shopping. Not worth the arguement for me as I don't use it anyway - had planned to take it to the local Salvation Army to hand out to the needy along with the newborn nappies I have from the starter kit. Just frustrates me when the rules aren't followed. Think I may be sending an e-mail to CS

Oh and thank you all for your advice about the OOD Sharwoods meal kit. I took it back to CS in A today to be given money back, lovely apology & a £2 gift card. Only when I got home did I realise just what a good deal that was, having used £1 and 50p vouchers for it already :o

Sorry to read that someone has been playing up on FB - these things almost always come back to jealousy. It's so sad :(:(

I sent OH to Ts earlier, he managed to get a few whoopsies but no mags. He did stock up on Ts own penguin type biscuits which were RTC at 63p for 14. Think a 'couple' gone already from the packet though :o

    No baby yet
Had a sweep today so fingers crossed that'll get things moving.
In the meantime i'm trying to make the most of being able to sleep, so I had a little afternoon nap when DS had his :p
My mum is flying out for her holiday in the morning though so she's definitely going to miss this little ones arrival now. Even if it arrived tonight there'd be no visiting at the hospital until tomorrow afternoon :(

    And me:rotfl:

I rarely go the supermarkets anymore so tonight's haul was a godsend. I needed lots of cooked meats etc, and got the above. 5 huge silverside joints are now in the oven roasting so these will be carved tomorrow in slices and frozen in family sized portions for convenient roast dinners and sandwiches:T :j

    Yay!!
