Had a weird one today, popped down to my local Express for a spot of wombling, pretty useless really, nothing over 8 items except for one - picked up a longish receipt but it had an "engineering sign off" section on it. Lost my nerve and binned it, but does anyone think I could have got away with it? What is the engineering sign off?
