Really sorry to hear this. I hope he feels better soon. :grouphug:

On the subject of cancellations, 10 days before their wedding, My DD no.1 and her fianc! have split (and she's two months pregnant) because he thought it would be a good idea to sign up to a "adult friend finder" site 10 days before their bloody wedding (and created a profile)! th_vomit-boy01-vomit-puke-sick-smiley-emoticon-000652-large.gifth_vomit-boy01-vomit-puke-sick-smiley-emoticon-000652-large.gifth_vomit-boy01-vomit-puke-sick-smiley-emoticon-000652-large.gif

I guess I should take comfort from the fact that I've only lost a few hundred quid and not a daughter to a man who clearly doesn't deserve her. I feel like ripping his throat out!:mad::mad:

Does anyone need 5 wedding suits, a dress, a cake and some flowers next Friday?! :rotfl:

Thank you. She's round with mum now feeling sick with it all (left work early) and I'm not surprised. His parents are coming round tonight at 7.30pm but to be fair, if she hadn't have said yes, I'd've told them to sling their hook! Guess they're just concerned. :o

what a horrible situation for her. As others have said, its just as well she found this out now and not after the wedding.

Are his parents coming round tonight because they're scared to lose face or are they genuinely concerned for her?

Bare signs in front of the coke at my local, and no lenor, just the mags with no polypocket ; (
Did get two free nestle breakfast cereals though : )

That's awful. At least she found out before the wedding and not after. She might be upset at the moment but she'll look back and feel glad that she didn't end up marrying someone who clearly doesn't care about her.
