A little off topic (sorry!) I need a bit of advice please kind people!
It's my OH's birthday in a couple of weeks :eek: and I've had a genius (I hope) idea for his pressie.I can't really afford to spend a lot and he doesn't want me to either :T so I want to get him a book or something similar where I give him "favours"at his request, like he redeems them when he wants a back massage or a cup of tea etc? I want a blank one ideally so I can fill in the suggestions :eek: but I have no idea what it's called or if it even exists!
There will not be anything of a questionable nature in there you understand, this is entirely above board.Although I may offer something more appealing than a cup of tea obviously, like a piece of cake or something...
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Any suggestions much appreciated!!( Rude ones can be PM'd lol!!;))

Besides stocking up on full price OJ
My DH and I have been looking at cars.
We had a test drive in a Citroen C1, which would have been my choice until I drove it....didn't like it at all.
So we've now changed tact completely and decided we'd splash out on something nicer.
DH fancies a Volvo C30 2.0 Diesel so tomorrow we're going to have a look at one and book a test drive.
Anyone got one or knows what they are like?My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

I just popped it in Google and came up with this

and this

It is a brilliant idea - good luck.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Hi Leenie
It is nice to see you :wave::wave::wave:0 -
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:I do not want any phone calls or texts in the evening(OR rather after they've had a drink;)) I just want one to say everythings ok, which I'm sure it is but I just want to know. Mr Lala just said to me don't worry you'll soon know if theirs a problem because thats when he'll phone. Just want to be able to get a good nights sleep, tried last night but kept waking up and I feel so daft but sometimes you just can't help it:o:o
Nikki, I picked up DD1 from Gatwick yesterday - she'd been to Zante on her first holiday with friends. We asked her to text us each day, which she did for the first few days. Then she missed a day and DH texted her - we got a reply back a bit later - 'Don't worry, I'm still alive!' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Don't know how our parents would have felt - they just had to accept that they wouldn't hear from us for a week!0 -
