Nooooooooooooo they've changed the T price check? It's silly season over here this week so I've just finished work at lunchtime today and not back until next Monday so I was looking forward to some wombling and whoopsying as the opening hours are up the left. I think from tomorrow the stores are closing at 9pm then 7pm then 9pm. Anyone know where I can get a 2nd freezer from lol
Did I read someone say that T are now comparing against the other stores the ways Sainsburys & Asda do? This could be more fun but I'm converted to Asda now with their 10% guarantee. Got 2 wombles there last night though it took some doing as they were 10 trollies into a covered trolley bay! Nothing fantastic but almost £2 for a bit of effort.
Oh and a big thank you to the OP for the ebay voucher. I'd forgotten all about it until someone mentioned. I don't feel as guilty this time though as at least I'm registered on here now and can say thank you properly. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0 -

LOL!
Once you have guessed a valid clubcard number, use this for all of your receipt inputs! This box is merely searching a database of clubcards to see if it's a valid number.
Some points about the new system that I have deduced with evidence this morning.
1) For those wondering if you need a clubcard that matches the receipt to input it it, the answer is NO - you merely need any valid clubcard (use one you find on a receipt blowing in the wind - once you've guessed the last digit.
2) There is no minimum of 8 items as yet
3) Total basket will be compared so make sure you target each item correctly. E.g A bottle of pop costs 50p at Tesco but 25p at Asda and 75p at Sainsburys. A packet of crisps costs 50p at Tesco but 75p at Asda and 25p at Sainsburys. If you buy a bottle of pop and a bag of crisps you get nothing back. If, however, you buy 2 bags of cripss in 1 shop and 2 bottles of pop in the other shop you get 50p back both times.
4) You DO NOT need a clubcard to spend the voucher in shop
5) No matter what (valid) clubcard you use to generate a voucher, the voucher barcode will look EXACTLY the same i.e. it is not linked to a clubcard.
6) My fingers are tired
7) Vouchers are capped at £10
8) This list is not conclusive
HTHI am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
