I have been having a lot of stress with my Mum recently and have been feeling quite low and poorly. Well last night I was looking at my eye as it had been sore for a few days and it was quite bloodshot. When I looked closer there was a large eyelash stuck on to the white part of my eye. I tried to get it off but it was well and truly stuck. So I went to the doctors this morning and they sent me to the opticians. I got an appt this afternoon and when he looked he said the eyelash had pierced through the outer layer of my eye and he was worried I had scratched the cornea.
He put in some anesthetic drops and then managed to get it off with a sort of cotton bud.
I was really freaked out as I had 4 eye ops in 2002 for detached retina and I am really frightened when my eyes are touched.
    Still all is well now.

Ooh rose my toes curled just reading this, hoping its feeling a bit easier now. Xx

Yes the train is fab, its an easy walk but the train is a must :)
Oh good, it was you who told me about it. We went on and the fella driving it was about 80 yrs old. It must have been the windiest day ever (and the rain kept people away) but we did laugh. And stopped off and got those yummy sugary doughnuts from a hut while we waited for the train back :p

    my head hurts! :o

really doesn't make sence.... apg states

they have 6 of my yogs at 50p a's and 1 at 60p a's....they are all 60p each on reciept

so even if you take the offer of saved 95p (as yogs now 6 for £3) doesn't add up :(

oj is correct at 3p each at t's......but it states the yogs are 60p at t's :(
    Did you buy 10 yogs?

I used to waddle up the seafront and stop at the old fashioned sweetie shop get some coconut mushrooms and stick them in my pocket to munch on the train ride home, my piccy on facebook is me pretending to eat the giant plastic advertising ice cream on the seafront :)
