Oh I am so hacked off tonight....... A few weeks ago DD downloaded something she shouldnt on the laptop and we had problems getting it working again which resulted in not being able to print off coupons as it would not install couponstar properly.
Got over it because still have desktop and another laptop..... tonight she was googling pictures of Nathan Sykes (The Wanted) and downloaded a virus on the laptop. DH had to do factory restore to get it working again. Spent the last 3 hours installing the usual adobe activex, coupon software etc. and cant get my coupons to print on that one now either. Have tried installing Firefox and thats no use either. Have added plugins, add-ons etc. Any suggestions? Please help if you can I will try anything! Thanks, Sandra

I've never done it for anything that came with bonus points but for normal refunds I find it a very inconsistent process.
Sometimes they ask for my card to remove the points, sometimes they don't
One time I even went so far as to say "do you need my clubcard?" and she said "nah, its OK"
From my experience they don't ask for club card to remove points but to get your personal details so that someone can possibly contact you about your reason for returning.Baby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.

Yes thanks, this also came up on google. Think it has something to do with either an updated version of IE or FF that has been installed or the security settings? Will try again in the morning!0 -
Just had an email from my daughter who flew to Ibiza yesterday.
As she was sunbathing in the afternoon, someone stole her iphone from her handbag which was right beside her.
She'd used the hotel email to let me know why she's not been replying to any texts I'd sent.
Hope she's insured
Tell her to make sure to get a police report reference....she will get nothing otherwise xBaby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.

Afternoon everyone.
I have a couple of glitches for A that have been mentioned (worry wart was one) but not picked up on.
Firstly Don Simon fresh orange with bits on offer in A for £1 price checks with T at 3p even though it is oos on mysupermarket.
Muller yoghurts are 10 for £4 in A and 10 for £3 in T but they price match at A as dearer than £4
I have tried rice, light and corners all work, but I did check they was in stock on mysupermarket
I got a voucher for £3.98 back so yoghurts worked out about £1 for 10.
Hope I have done this right and thanks to the ops in the first place.
Who needs mouthwash.
5 x Muller Rice Strawberry (190g)£2.90£1.50
5 x Muller Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt (175g)£2.50£1.50
1 x Don Simon Premium Fresh Orange Juice with Bits (1L...£1.00£0.03 Comparison total£9.47£6.11
I figured no-one was either interested or could be bothered trying it but the lovely quoia on the coupon drivel thread worked it all out. MySupermarket only shows one discount of 6 for £3 so when it does the comparison, it takes 6 of the rice/yogurts/corners making them appear to be 50p each then the other 4 are compared at the individual shelf price of 60p. Quoia worked out that for each 10 I was paying 13p each. Needless t osay my fridge is fullThank you for checking.

Speaking of degrees and stuff, has anyone studied criminology via the Open University? Thinking of a career change and been looking at their prospectus but it seems a lot of money.
Someone (I think it was zippydooda) mentioned the double pack of toothbrushes. Thanks to the numpties at my local, there must have been 20 packs of them sitting at the wrong label. I had to take a gamble as none of the scanners work but they were £1.50. No wrong labels for the Plax though but probably a good thing as the folk that work there are really nice and I don't know if I'd have the nerve to go for itThink I'll stick to the easy options if the price check system decides to work. No update from Tesco on their Facebook page so I guess I lost out on that one. Would it be bad to get a refund on the expensive items even if I used coupons for them? I would have been better buying the stuff in Asda even though I had coupons for Tesco - flaming rip off merchants
