I see this garage has shut and the place is screened off... any ideas if it is closing or being redeveloped?

Planning permission for the apartments was refused due to a large number of objections as far as I know, and the owner sold the site. It should be reopening as a petrol station again before long, as far as I understand.0

How many times has that place closed, before reopening exactly for the same purpose i.e. a filling station?! Was it not rebuilt within the last 5 years or so?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
