advice needed please

hiya everyone im not sure what to do about this as i only started comping in feb i entered a competition on june the 1st with p u s s ycat london on FB and won a dress later in the month i entered another never thought i would win again but i did,
i have received the second win but the first i still havent received i have wrote on there wall around 5 times and have sent three messages and there just completely ignoring me! what should i do now?
any advice would be great
as im having the same trouble on twitter i won a lunch box with tumtumtots and there saying they have sent it but i have never recieved anything i feel like a criminal!

Well done on winning. Sometimes with prizes you need to be patient - they can often take months and months to send them.

There is some information in the Comping Guide (see part 7 of this section) regarding what to do as a last resort if things cannot be resolved directly with the company concerned.

It does put a downer on a win if you end up having to do lots of chasing up though. Hopefully you will get your prize soon.
