Has anybody won anything with Look recently and had trouble getting their prize?
I got an email 5 weeks ago saying i would recieve within 28 days. This didnt happen, so i emailed to chase and got no reply. I emailed again and heard nothing so i emailed the PR people and the store in question they quoted. This then led to three emails being passed on as people were either out of the office or had left the company!
I still dont have my prize and the shop in question is coming to the end of a big sale at the moment, am a little disappointed

When I got told of a win the e-mail said wait 28 days and if it didn't turn up to e-mail the promoter but CC the lady from Look's address and another one.
It didn't turn up and when I got a reply from the promoter they said Look hadn't given them my details. I received my prize 2 weeks later.
You could always send them a message on Facebook, if you use it, or post on the wall0 -
I won a bracelet through Woman magazine (part of the same group) and six weeks later I haven't received it.
I emailed a few people yesterday and am awaiting a response.Feb wins: Angry Birds mug, £250 Perfume Shop bundle

Still haven't had a rely from any of the three people at Oasis i was directed to! Not even the courtesy of "we will look into it for you"0

I got an email in March that I'd won a prize, from Now, which I think is in the same family? It said that if I hadn't received anything in 28 days I should email the promoter and CC the person from Now. I did this in May, when 2 months had passed.
I got a reply from Now, CC'd to the promoter asking them to follow up on it, and have heard nothing else. I'm not very good at chasing people, so I've pretty much given up on it now. Oh well... 0 -
I had to go through Edwin at the IPM to get £500 worth of jewellery vouchers I won at the beginning of Feb. Look are hopeless! My vouchers finally arrived a couple of weeks ago.

i've won quite a few times from look etc & must only once had a problem, i emailed them & the prize arrived 3 days later,
normally never have any probs with them
please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.
