The competition starts on Monday 2nd July 2012 at 9.30am and ends on Friday 28th September 2012 at 9.30am. Only one entry per person.

• There is one prize only of a brand new car. The car is a New Ford Focus Studio 1.6 85PS, 5 doors, 5 speed. The RRP is £11,495.83. The total price (including vat) is £13,795 and the estimated 'on the road' price is £13,995. We will select the colour of the car and this will be final.
• 3.2 There are no cash alternatives and the prize is non-exchangeable. However, we reserve the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control or if the specified car becomes unavailable, and/or to offer an alternative car.
• 3.3 If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to redistribute the prize at our own discretion.
• 3.4 6 months' road tax will be included but the winner is responsible for all road tax after this point.
• 3.5 The prize excludes all other costs, including, but not limited to, the costs of car insurance, vehicle excise duties and fuel. Additional charges or expenses not included in the prize are payable solely by the winner.
• 3.6 We will deliver the car to the winner. The winner will be asked to be available at a specified day and time to receive delivery of the car.
• 3.7 We will attempt to make delivery of the prize within 8 weeks of receiving the necessary paperwork from the winner.

By entering the competition you will be entered into Tesco Compare's marketing database and agree to receive offers and information about Tesco Compare products and services. If you do not wish for this to happen you can opt out when entering the competition.
