Woolwich Mortgage - new interest rate

Just an update:

We received a letter from Woolwich today saying that our monthly payment had been calculated incorrectly. The amended amount is now £384.91 (which is close to what I was expecting), and they have adjusted our account for the overcharge from July. So, good stuff and glad it was sorted!
