Roadworks on Gransha Road Bangor

Just saw some signs yesterday saying that road realignment work was to start on 16/7/12 on the stretch of Gransha Road near to the new Bangor Grammar School. Does anyone know what they are going to do? Is there a website where I could look up exactly what they are doing?
