DMP and Paypal

OK, so I'm in the process of sorting my DMP but I have accumulated a lot of baby things over the years that I want to sell on Ebay. I wasn't bothered about not having a credit card until I received an email from Paypal saying my credit card is about to expire and please add a new one. My Ebay fees etc come from my Paypal account. They take the money from my bank account but I have to provide a credit card as a back up. Anyone else had this problem?
