The Sylvanian house is also available for home delivery.
I did get free home delivery for my order. Gently pointed out that I wanted to order online and pay with Paypal, and the site wouldn't let me checkout (I had phoned earlier, Argos are aware of current site difficulties). I also asked very nicely indeed.................!0 -

Hi, a few of the sale items I want have 'order into store' does anyone know if this is worth doing? Some say out of stock for home delivery so can't quite see how they can order in, also do they honour the sale price?0

I order into store all the time and they usually come in before they are meant to and hold it for the full duration so normally 3-4 days. They have always honoured the price for me.Now on the 5:2 diet.
Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go0 -

Hi- yes I order into store quite a lot and always works fine for me- simple text message when you can collect and they usually give you a couple of days to get there. I think they might 'reshuffle' stock from other stores when they order into store as it quite often is with items that are out of stock for home delivery.
As for honouring the sale price- usually ARGOS are great and as long as you have the order with the sale price they will honour this no problem- once or twice I've had to ask to speak to the manager but they've always sorted out the problem. Good luck!!0 -
