Mortgage with parental help

My parents have a lump sum saved that they’d like to use as security to help me get a mortgage so that I get a better rate than what I’d be offered on my own and maybe borrow very slightly more. They’re not offering to give it to me and I’m not asking them to, so putting it towards a gifted deposit instead isn’t an option. Anything requiring their house as security is not an option either.

I’ve spoken to a whole of market mortgage advisor, but it seems that none of the guarantor/lend a hand or similar products are available through brokers, only direct.

So far, I’ve found the Lloyds Lend a Hand scheme, a few options from the Market Harborough buildings society (Family Deposit, Family Shared Ownership, Family Pledge), Family Offset from Marsden, and possibly guarantor mortgages from the Cambridge buildings society.

Is anyone aware of any other similar mortgages I could look into?
I’m not looking for discussion of the rights and wrongs of this kind of arrangement. My parents understand the implications and so do I.
