Hi does any one know of a sipp or stakeholder where i can invest 100% in commercial property. I want to do this before the end of this tax year.
So far found most companies will only allow a small percentage or that i must consult with an IFA first.

Most will allow 100% into property funds. Std life and Scot Wid restrict but cant think of any others off the top of my head.

Do you mean an actual building? You will need a specialist SIPP for this. A lifeco pension will normally offer their own commercial property fund, but may restrict the amount you can put in.
If you want a selection of property fund options (various companies, both unit and investment trusts) then try one of the low cost SIPPs run by https://www.h-l.co.uk or https://www.sippdeal.co.ukTrying to keep it simple...

I know one chap who became disenchanted with his 9 to 5. Took early retirement and invested his pension fund into a cafe with a SIPP. Although he now works longer hours for less money, he is happy as a pig in .....
