Debt Relief Order Help

Hi I am new to the forum. I have been working with the CCCS to sort my debts out. They have advised that a Debt Relief Order is the best Option. I have all my statements/letters with an up to date balance apart from one and thats T-Mobile which is 3 years old and was taken out at my old address. I have contacted them and asked them to send a statement/letter with current outstanding balance to my new address but they say cant do this because the account is closed. The account was passed to Buchanan Clark and Wells. I have spoken to them and they say they passed it back to T-Mobile which T-Mobile have confirmed but are still saying they cant send me anything to my new address. I am beginning to wonder if its a case of wont rather than cant. The debt does show on my current Experian credit report.
Thank you
Thank you

You could ask your approved intermediary the CCCS?
I had a problem recently, stewed for days trying to sort something out myself, one call to who was helping with my application and I was sorted in an instant0 -

Thank you
Then if all else fails, the intermediary can list it as 'TMobile. Reference whatever it is - give the BCW ref too. Balance whatever the experian report shows.'
It shouldn't cause a problem.0
