Me - 26 self employed but have a long term signed contract from a single client netting over 100k/year. CCJ on file due to drop off in Jan next year for £200 and a settled one from 2010 for £4800. Credit score is 972.
Partner - 33 employed with a 42k income. Current outstanding mortgage of 125k.
Will likely have a 50k deposit and require a 250k mortgage.
Am I dreaming?!
