RBS Mortgage Payment Not Taken

While I should probably count my self lucky that rbs havent taken two payments, they have yet to take any for last month. Granted it should of been taken on the 30th of June and were only on the 3rd July.

Has any one else with an rbs mortgage experienced this?

My mortgage payment also was due on 30th and still waiting...........but what is worrying me is whether they are going to charge additional interest for a late payment!?!

Even though it's their error I don't trust them not to try and make more money out of it!!

Money for my mortgage payment has also not been taken via direct debit.

If they fail to take the money will intrest still be charged even though its not my fault?
