We have a secured loan with welcome finance and we have heard they have gone bust, does anyone know if this is true?
If they have gone bust do we continue with our repayments or not?
If we don't continue with our repayments how will this affect our credit file as the loan we took with welcome finance was never reported to credit file at the start of the loan 6 years ago and they were on the phone threatening to damage our credit file to which our reply was that you cant start to report to credit file 6 years into the loan repayments.
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

You need to continue with your repayments as normal...if they are going bust then someone will come along or administrator to take over the business.0

You cannot get out of your debt that easily as your debt could well have contributed to the alleged administration you state.
As stated by a previous poster you need to continue to pay your debt and hope the administrator isn't baying for blood (i.e. bad debt).0 -
They were part of Cattles PLC who got bought out by Bovess Limited in 2011. You still need to pay though.
