Bloody hell there is no chance of him being able to rent a room never mind a flat/house for £150 a month.
So what does he do with his income each month ( I guess he is working or he could apply to the benefits people to pay the Interest on his mortgage)
Got a iphone, nice clothes, holidays, beer money as he goes to the pub!!!
Needs to pay his debts(mortgage and council tax first) then overpay the mortgage to reduce the debt0
