Full and Final Payments?

Hello, I am new to this forum so sorry if I should have posted this elsewhere.
I am having financial difficulty and my mother in law is helping me to pay off my debts and in turn I will pay her back. I started off with around £8000 worth of debts and have successfully managed 2 full and final payments with Virgin credit card and a natwest overdraft where they had added over £1000 in fees.
I am having difficulty with an Rbs overdraft which is currently sitting at £1600 overdrawn and hoped that they would accept a full and final payment but when i asked I was rudely told "you spent it so you have to pay it" I dont dispute that I spent it but there was no need for the treatment I received, especially when they rant on about their customer charter and how they will help customers in financial difficulty as much as they can.
I also have 2 barclaycard credit cards, one is sitting at just short of £900 and the other is sitting at £685. They also state that they will not accept full and final offers, I have defaulted on one payment which was only last month. The cards used to be with Egg but were transferred to Barclaycard when Egg sold up. Am I aswell asking for the original cca for this?
I enlisted the help of Money advice through the citizens advice bureau at the beginning of April but this seems to not be going anywhere, the lady that is dealing with my case just keeps telling me that she needs to get the balances, although she has already done this and tells me that its a long way off from making offers.
I know that getting into debt was my fault, I hid it from my husband and family which was the worst thing I could possibly do but I'm facing up to it now, but the constant stress and worry about what is happening with these ones is too much for me just now.
Does anyone have any advice on my case? Has anyone been successful in getting a full and final payment with these companies?
