How safe to eat????

Well we had Roast Chicken for Sunday lunch and today I used the slow cooker with aheap of veggies to make a casserole. I still have some left over , can I just reheat again for tomorrows supper or am I pushing my luck ????

I would only reheat chicken once, but I don't know if that's because I read it somewhere or if it's just my own superstition.I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!0

You can use it for sandwiches or salad, but i wouldn't heat it up more than once.0

You can buy cooked chicken and heat it, so I can't see why it would be a problem. (as long as it wasn't left out lying around, for long & you reheat it till it's piping hot!)
P.S. I am not saying do it, that's just my opinion, (and it worries me that I am the only one to say that!) ... maybe I should get you to sign an indemnity form before you eat it!!0 -

I would have no problems reheating it again, as long as it came to the boil and simmered for a while.0 -
you could freeze, defrost & then heat so why not? Although I tend to only reheat twice to be safe so Roast then stew then leftovers but no more: its a treat for the dog by then lol
