Good stuff.
They did a Credit Check on my application with the full amount of Mortgage in the search as well. They use Experian so the results are only visible in Experian.
Since I am buying a New Build, I will not be completing until end of August. Just waiting for the house to complete. Also I am possibly going to exchange tomorrow subject to local search completion. Lets see how it goes.
