Hi guys
Ive got some Tesco Summer Fruits that Ive defrosted to put on top of a cheesecake - but they are sooo sharp!!! Ive poured on some sugar but they are still too sharp!!
Is this normal for these frozen fruits? Ive never had them before?
any suggestions as to what to do with them?

I noticed this too with the tesco ones, i bought them to stir in my yoghurt but I just can't eat them! Would making them into a sauce with loads of sugar work?0

Stir in some more icing sugar, you'll get a bit of 'sauce' from the sugar and fruit juices ... these kinds of fruits generally are a bit sharp though.0

i buy these for smoothies
just zip them up with a basic yoghurt with a hand blender

White wine mixed with sugar is good on sharp fruit...depending on who's eating it of course.:-)0
