Newbie - In a bit of a mess !

The only anomaly in your Statement above is the microwave meals, these are relatively expensive for what you get, fair play on everything else.0

You still olny have £390 per month to live on, which is less than £100 per week. Do you have rent to pay? How about electricity bills and car insurance? I'm not being nosey, just having difficulty working out how you make ends meet."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

For those interested...
I am taking home £650 a month net,
of that, £120 is the business car loan,
£60 is the business visa
and £80 is the personal visa.
I don't have the heating on in the house, don't have a TV, have a water meter, and live by myself, on microwave meals, don't go out...fix my own car, use a pushbike (and an electric one) where possible, get clothes from charity shops , or ebay. Do repairs to most things myself.
.....so it's quite easy really.
If you were to own a property a considerable amount of outgoings unaccounted for.0 -
Thanks to everyone who replied with helpful advice

Now, please leave the guy alone about his spending habits/commitments and life in general.
Dave - as I said from the start that this is achievable, subject to presenting it to an appropriate lender.

No one is criticising the guy. However there seems to be a lack of common sense prevailing. As to put it bluntly financially it doesn't add up. No point in building hopes up only to be shredded apart later.0
