PS. I love the BBC, it is an incredible institution that creates many brilliant programmes others simply can’t do. And I still enjoy appearing on many of its TV and radio outputs.

It wasn't an append. Was there when published. One of my team read the blog before hand and said it could be read as anti-beeb, so i put the clarification in as that wasnt the intentMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

I remember a similar incident, Martin, when I suggested to my local NALGO official that the union support the newly formed Consumers Association.
Well and truly shot down. "He aint been here two minutes and already making suggestions"
I moved on, and still cannot understand why the unions, the Co-op or even, god bless 'em ,the BBC don't support consumers more.0 -
