The review says for age 2-5, in case anyone missed that.
Might be good for my niece's birthday (I try to resist buying her pink everything, anyway).0 -
Here's another 9V electric kart at Argos for £69.99 (less than half price, age 3 and up): http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3677306/Trail/searchtext%3EGO+KART.htm (does that mean we can use the kart uncharged, I see that one charge lasts 45 minutes?)
For younger kids (reviews say 3 years and up is a bit optimistic) £19.99 Electric Quad Bike: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3677849.htm
Toysrus karts for around the same price, boy's and girl's versions (though the reviews put me off a bit): http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Bikes-and-Rideons/Pedal-Powered/Go-Karts/Turbo-Boost-Go-Kart(0076565)

Kettler are the daddy of pedal Go-Karts or always used to be.
I'd say yours are good suggestions Lou-Lou, but it's like comparing Rolex to Elizabeth Duke.
If you're going to spend around £60 on a Go Kart - definitely buy the Kettler--- Warning: Grumpy Old Man in Training ---0 -
Yeh, someone replied to me on HUKD saying the plastic wheels are no good compared to the rubber wheels. Some of the Kettler go karts look amazing! Makes me wish I was a kid

Sis won't let me order one
She says go karts are for boys (seeing lots of pink ones on my travels, just not Kettler ones). 0
