RBS !!!! up

It seems that RBS are at it again.

I have a loan (£428 a month re-payment).

They took off the payment yesterday and they took another £428 off today.

Just off the phone to them.

A known fault which they say will be rectified by 8.00 this morning. :rotfl:

    I'm in the same boat and was told that it would be fixed by tomorrow. I'll leave it until then, before I start giving them any more hassle. Can easily get it back via direct debit indemnity if they don't fix it automatically.
