Money Claim Online - HELP

Ok so we are the defendant and received a claim form for HM Money Claim Online.
The claimant said that there was some damage to his car.
The form is now lost - no idea how but I think it was stolen from my office.
What happends now as they can't trace the case and we can't respond as we don't even know the name and address of the claimant...
Help please experts ...:(
