What's his monthly wage ?I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. £274 per week, we get paid weekly which is £1096 a month as of which £60 per week is coming from my bf wages as an AOE.0

Sue him in the small claims court, you can do it online nowadays.
