Council Tax Debt - not happy!!! Help please!!!

    Thanks for your help, don't think we are going to get anywhere on this :( I hope karma hits this person what goes around comes around!!!

    We will persue him everyday for the money as we have been doing for 2 weeks so far with nothing :( ps its a whole weeks wages we are losing due to this!

    What's his monthly wage ?
    I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.

    £274 per week, we get paid weekly which is £1096 a month as of which £60 per week is coming from my bf wages as an AOE.

    Sue him in the small claims court, you can do it online nowadays.

    He cant sack you for it.

    £274 per week,

    If that's the net figure the % deduction should be 12% so the AOE should be £33p/w - for £60.00 per week there must be 2 attachments currently running.
