Help needed - possible France24 win - what should I do?

The Friday before last I got an email that said:
Hi,
Congratulations!
You are the lucky winner for the FRANCE 24 Reverse Quiz, the new French international news channel. You have the choice between :
- Bose Audio speaker – wave music sysem SoundLink
- HP Probook
- Samsung Led 3D Smart TV
We are the agency that has coordinated the competition on behalf of FRANCE 24 and we are happy to confirm that you are on the list of winners.
As long as you fulfill the terms and conditions of the competition, your “gift” will be sent directly to your home address. Please confirm your home address by sending an email to: XXXXXXX
I googled the name of the person and the agency it came from and it looks genuine. I was so gobsmacked (never heard of anyone winning a France 24 comp before) that I emailed back and said I wasn't sure if I wanted the TV or the laptop and asked how big the telly was (I wasn't hoping it was huge, more worried it wouldn't fit the small space I have!). And also, I didn't know what the terms and conditions were, so could they tell me so I know if I fulfill them. Anyway, I've not heard back.
I emailed again this Friday just gone (29th June) to say that I'd like the laptop.
There's a phone number in the email - it's in France, but I've got Skype, so I'm wondering if I should call them.
Am I just expecting too much by thinking they'd reply so soon? It is only just over a week. Or would you usually expect to hear something? Any ideas?
