Organising paper/card stock

Trying to sort out the mountain of craft stuff me and my mum have accumulated, including a lot of paper/card stock. I've sorted the whole sheets into plastic folders and a ring binder but there's so much and so many little scrappy bits that I'm wondering now whether it's the best idea!

Have you thought about cutting boxes on a slant, so that they look like the magazine files that you can buy? You can then use different boxes for different sizes. You could have some boxes for greens and blues, others for yelows and oranges, etc, as well as size order. And of course, it's an opportunity to decorate the boxes!
A small drawer unit from a stationery shop could be used to store small pieces. Again, I would suggest filing in colours. A cheaper alternative would be to use a small but wide box cut on a slant, and file small pieces into envelopes, which you then keep in the box.0 -
I try to keep mine in themes. Christmas, male, female, birthdays, new baby, stickers and words together, on their sides in a plastic box.Loving the sunny days!0
